These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the subscription service (“Service”) provided by Top Google Reviews, (“we,” “us,” or “our”), to users (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who subscribe to our software system. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscription Plans and Payment Terms
1.1 Subscription Types
We offer two subscription options for our software system:
- Monthly Subscription: A recurring subscription billed on a monthly basis.
- Annual Subscription: A recurring subscription billed annually.
1.2 Subscription Fees
The fees for the monthly or annual subscription are as follows:
- Monthly Subscription: £25.00 per month.
- Annual Subscription: £250.00 per year.
1.3 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged automatically for the next billing cycle.
1.4 Payment Method
By subscribing to our Service, you authorize us to collect payments via your chosen payment method (credit card, debit card, or other methods as available). You must provide accurate and up-to-date payment information.
1.5 Late Payments
If a payment is not successfully processed, your access to the Service will be suspended until the payment is completed.
2. Trial Period
2.1 Free Trial
We do not offer any free trials to the service currently.
3. Account and Access
3.1 Account Creation
You are not required to create an account to access our Service. You agree to provide us with accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
3.2 Access to the Service
Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the software system as per the selected subscription plan. We will send you a QR code and a link to give to your customers and our software system takes care of the rest. All reviews 3 stars or below will be emailed to you for review and to contact the customer to resolve prior to re-submitting a 4 or 5 star review.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly at info@topgooglereviews.co.uk. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle. Alternatively, you can cancel your payment method and your service will be suspended and effectively end if you do not contact us to re-subscribe.
4.2 Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of your billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.
4.3 Early Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion for any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other conduct that we deem inappropriate.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Top Google Reviews and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your customers to access and use the service solely for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Liability for Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Google Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
6.2 Service Availability
While we strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or limit access to the Service for maintenance or other reasons.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection and Use
By subscribing to our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UK data protection laws.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, Wales and Scotland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and Scotland.
